How and where can I get an appointment?

Are the treatments painful?
No, I use the latest products to make procedures as comfortable as possible.

Are you insured?
Yes, I am fully insured with Hamilton Fraser Limited, and work within strict guidelines and competencies as directed by both the Royal College of nursing and the Nursing and Midwifery Council.

What do I do if I have a problem or am not happy with the result?
Freshface offer an extensive follow-up program at no additional cost and will see you immediately with any problems should they occur.

Can treatments be done at the same time as consultation?
Yes. This is very common. However there is no obligation to have the treatment and we would prefer you to go and think about it if you are unsure.

What payments do you take?
I accept cash, cheques and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Debit Cards, Maestro (formerly Switch) and Solo.

Do you ever turn people away?
There are several reasons why I may consider that a treatment is not a suitable option for an individual and Freshface has a strict patient selection criteria to ensure patients are medically fit to undergo a particular treatment. It is therefore possible that I amy advise, in your best medical interests, that treatment is not appropriate.

Please note that I do not provide treatments for anyone aged under 18 years.
